How do you feel when you listen to certain kinds of music? How would you visualise a particular style of music, track or genre? What kinds of image-making techniques could be used to convey the ideas and emotions embedded in different music genres?
Task
Create a digital poster that comprises a series of visual experiments which conceptualise different kinds of music.
The purpose of this assessment is to develop an understanding of the visual forms these complex and often subjective ideas, emotions and messages can take. All of these questions (and more) will be explored iteratively through this assessment.
