I wish... Paper Planes
I have chosen the theme ‘I wish..’ for my 3 paper airplane. Each of my 3 plans will focus on a diffeerent story around the idea of dream careers. The 3 dream careers is an astronaut, paleontologist and photographer. This is perfect for the task as each different career
path is a different wish for the future. Due to the vast diferences in the careers, each plane will have its own unique colour palette. This will be one of my main focuses.

Stylistically I am going for a bright and more cartoony artistic design rather than realistic. I will be using curves and avoiding rigid agressive edges. By doing this, I will be creating a dream like aesthetic connecting the style back to the theme of wishing.
On the front of the plane, the design will include the main overarching image that represents the wish. Inside the plane, there will be a design of the actual career taking place. On the back og the plane, there will be a montage spread of further small designs that relate to the wish.
Instruction Sheets
I created instruction sheets also on Adobe Illustrator for each individual plane and an instruction sheet for the 3 plane collection.
Digital Wallpaper
‘Fantasy Landscapes’ / Surrealism
Surrealism as found in the dictionary is 'a 20th-century avant-garde movement in art and literature, which sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mind, for example by the irrational juxtaposition of images'
Surrealism inspires me as it allows for you to merge multiple pieces of art into one to present a moving overaching idea. I have always loved fantacy lanscapes as I am a creative person. Due to this I think that surrealism is a way for me to let my full potential loose to design themed wallpapers that mean something important to me.
I have decided to not over complicate my surrealist artwork in order to focus on details, and making sure that everything works well together. I will be drawing in inspiraion from artists such as Dora Maar, Rocio Montoya, Ernesto Artillo, Moki Mioki, Eugenia Loli, and Trash Riot. I have taken my favourites of all their work and them on the right hand side.
Sarah Eisenlohr's work is the aesthetic that I hope to achieve the most. In most of her artworks, the humans/subjects are larger than the scene. I will be picking certain things in my wallpapers to emphasise and bring forward like she does. She also keeps the ammount of things in the frame minimal, but enough to bring the theme together.
